“Bahá'u'lláh once compared the coloured people to the black pupil of the eye surrounded by the white. In this black pupil you see the reflection of that which is before it, and through it the light of the Spirit shines forth. In the sight of God colour makes no difference at all, He looks at the hearts of men. That which God desires from men is the heart...”

Souls Alighting His Path

 Love Letter #5

My Sistah-friend,

Trials aweary

Fog of lethargy

Swirling rapidly

Around the soul.

To know with certainty

To see with purposeful sight

Yearning contentment along the path.

His whispering through the many Houses

In His Father’s Mansion…..

Take up your soul my beloved daughter

And with the hands of loving faith

Lay it down in the path of Your Beloved.

My dearest Sistah-friend,

Your pain is always mirrored in my tears

As is my lost confusion cleared

With the lifting of the veil to your true self.

Two daughters of the Kingdom

“Chosen”, “Sifted”, “Forgiven”,” Nurtured”

By the Hand of the Great Master.

“Two beggars willing to work for a glance

Willing to toil for a chance

Willing to forego all love, pleasure, hate

To be allowed to kiss the dust

Not atop, but beneath His Feet.”

Two sistahs hastening with forged compassion

To lay down their souls in the path of their Lord

Amazing grace how sweet the sound

That saved a wretch like we.
