Workshops:

Our health workshops are ideal for recreation centers, churches, and remote learning. They are designed to motivate attendees to make incremental changes that can significantly improve their health outcomes.

Peer Support Groups:

Our peer support groups provide practical health education and motivation to help participants improve their health. During sessions, participants will better understand the connections between nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, environment, and health outcomes. They will also receive the support and encouragement needed to improve their health.
